CANCELLATION POLICY
The cost of events and luncheons have increased substantially. Venues are requiring a firm count
and payment 7-10 days prior to the event or luncheon.
The following cancellation policy is in effect as of September 1, 2022.
Member cancels reservation in writing (via text or email) to the Events Reservation Board Member:
— 11 days prior to the event (Your written communication must specify either choice #1 OR choice #2)
1. Receive a full refund -OR-
2. Receive credit toward future event through May of the current membership year
— 7-10 days prior to the event (Your written communication must specify either choice #1 OR choice #2)
1. Receive credit toward future event through May of the current membership year -OR -
2. Donate the reservation fee to another member or guest
If cancelling a May event / luncheon, the only option is to donate the reservation fee to an-other member or guest
— Within 6 days of the event (Your written communication must specify either choice #1 or choice #2)
1. Forfeit reservation cost because venue received a firm count 7-10 days prior to the event / luncheon -OR-
2. Donate the reservation fee to another member or guest.
